Try Hobbywave and Red Frog Hobbies
Another vote for Hobbywave. They typically maintain excellent stock levels, and have the most reasonable shipping price/policy I've ever seen for paint bottles. You pay a flat rate for a box of up to 50 bottles (IIRC it's $12), so as long as you're buying a fair amount it's a great deal. Not so much a deal if you only want a bottle or two, but for that I use good old ebay. Tons of Gunze suppliers there that are willing to deal with just a bottle or two.
The only drawback to Hobbywave is that they ONLY deal in Gunze. They've got it all, including the really esoteric (and expensive) specialty prismatic / metallic Mr Color paints, but you can't add any Vallejo or Tamiya to your order while you're there.

A member of our IPMS chapter orders regularly from a company in Hong Kong. No problems, good prices, low shipping charges.
Contact Eric at info@sealmodel.com for more info. Delivery takes a month or two, though, as these products cannot be shipped by air. It will come via a "Slow Boat from China."
Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...
I have a bookmark for an online store in California on my home computer. I can get back to you. I'd suggest searching th Community for Gunze, but the search sucks now. Off the top of my head I know Luckymodel has it instock, but be watchful of the shipping chargers for overseas.
Edit: Burbank's house of hobbies has 1200 in the jar in stock.
I keep reading about this stuff but Can't find it anywhere. Everywhere I look it seems that they are out of stock. Anyone have hints tips or tricks?
