                        Late 70's would be the right time.  I remember when it came out, I was working in a Hobbu store at the time...  That and then the B-36.  Trust me, that was a good time for the time it came out...

                        Does anyone have any idea when the Monogram/Revell 1/48 scale B-29 was first released? All I can find is "sometime" in the 70's. I know the first release is fairly old but I was hoping that it might qualify for the 2013 IPMS Nationals Special Catagory "Kits Of The 60's"  Based on the quality of the kit it appears to be from the 60's Ha-Ha!     Thanks   leardoc
