I don't know about an exact match, but I use a dark green as a base and then add a layer of Tamiya Clear Smoke for depth and then use Testor's clear window glue to build up the glass.  

I use gloss black and then Tamiya Clear Green over the top of it.  It's a pretty convincing effect.
