                        Badger 200 needle chuck seized up

                        I am trying to replace the needle. But needle chuck seized. Tried Medea airbrushing cleaner, lacquer thinner and ultrasonic cleaner but none of them works.  Any suggestion on specialty tool to loose the chuck without break any thing?

                        You could try putting a piece of cardboard or soft metal around the knurled section & use pliers or grips on it.
