q-tip painting

I can see nothing but nightmares coming from the 'Q-Tip method'...

Getcherself an airbrush if and when you're able to. Otherwise, find some good brushes.


Fade to Black...

I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist or won't work. I have to agree with BlackWolf though, I can't really see how it could work. Q-Tips have their place, but I can't see that painting is one of them. Everytime I use them around anything remotely sticky I wind up with fuzz all over the place.

for light touchup stuff, i have been using pipe cleaners...they work great. When you are finished painting, just clip the end off the pipe cleaner and it is ready to go again. Sure beats cleaning up a brush every time.
