I've had good service from the www.pacepaintbooths.com maker of 3 different versions($265-495) in galvanized metal. Their difference from some of the others is that the fan motor is out of the paint stream, so flammable paints can be used safely. They are built solidly with quiet motors. Check out their website. Mr. Pace is developing a folding model out of cardboard for probably under $200.

I use the one above. It folds away and has a built in extractor, the ducting I just push out a window. Its not huge but you can link two together. One on its own is big enough for 1/48 and 1/35 which is what I generally work in. I like it the fan is strong enough and it only takes but a bit of room folded down

They are a bit pricey for me. I figure I can use the money for kits or other tools. I keep making homemade ones, using features I like and eliminating things I don't like from my last version. Each one gets better and better. I figure the booth I have now is as good as any commercial one and was much cheaper.

Have any of you used any of the commercially available table-top spray booths. If so, can you offer any reviews? I've been researching replacing my DIY model of 5 years and really like this:

Anyone out there used this model? Looks like a nice unit. Does it deliver??
