Heath,
Between colors I have a spare airbrush bottle on the table filled with Testor's Brush Cleaner. When I'm done with a color I just swap bottles and blow some through the brush until it shoot s clear, then take the bottle off and blow straight air through until no Brush Cleaner is left. When I'm all done for the day I run the Brush cleaner through it one more time, then take the whole thing apart and lay it on paper towels to air dry.
I've used this same method on my Badger 200 for close to fifteen years now and have never had a problem with it. Perhaps it's the paints I use, don't know. But the method works for me.
