Future dries pretty fast but some people like to wait a day or to for it to cure.  I've personally applied washes/filters over future within a couple hours of it drying and not had any issues.  I think waiting for 48 hrs is exaggerated.  Keep in mind that future is meant for your floor so it has to be able to cure pretty quickly because it wouldn't make much sense to apply it and not be able to walk in your kitchen for 2 days.

That ought to be enough time for it to have dried, but these days I usually wait 2 days for anything paint or clearcoat-related to dry/cure.   Not because I'm cautious, but too busy to get back to it sooner.

Future dry time?

Since I haven't used it in awhile (long story) I can't remember how long future should dry before applying a oil wash over it. I was going to leave it 24hrs, think that's long enough?
