Problem on a wash

I have been having mad paint issues lately.  Where any of the products post "new epa" rules.  The old and new dont seem to get along.  Although i cannot see why future didnt cure.  One would think  that would have created an effective barrier.   Was this a new pledge future?

I just got the bottle about two weeks ago so I suppose you could call it new. It doesn't say future as the name though, It's called "Pledge floor care with Future shine" if that makes a difference. It smelled the same and sprayed the same though.

I've read some brand mineral spirits eat through all types of paints. I only trust Turpenoid in the blue/white bottle. But still, if the same stuff worked for you in the past??? Something up with the future?...and well, the basecoat dissolved too huh?

Which is odd because DC is meant for 1:1 auto body applications so it's fairly strong. The thinner I used for the wash was Testors, the stuff that comes in the big square jar with a red label if that helps.

Ok weirdness number two. Model Master Acryl gull gray was close to my primer color so I started trying to touch up the defect areas. The future underneath became gummy and rolled up in to little balls. Did they change the formula?

Only way to tell would be to try the same thing on another model, or scrap plastic with the same paint but w/o future. Or try another gloss.
