It's enamel based, or at least the one I used was, so it needs thinner to be removed.  That said, it flows very well.  What I did was used an old t-shirt lightly dampened with enamel thinner.

 Have any of you used the testors black wash?I'm guessing you paint it on an take a damp cloth and wipe off the excess.Anyone do it differently?
