Exactly. There are times to strike and half hearted deals, but when purchasing an air brush, don't be thrifty. You can get a decent airbrush and compressor for around 200 bucks. That's one of the most vital tools towards decent looking paint jobs. Opt for the delayed gratification and save your pennies for something nice.

I read the small print! $20 bucks for 30 day trial and, if you decide you want it - 5 easy payments of $59.99. So $320 for an airbrush/cheap compressor. I don't think a very good deal because to you can get a high quality airbrush and decent compressor for much less. I've seen the small 'salon' compressors and they're not useful for our modeling purposes - as Keilau says, too low powered and they get quite hot in modeling use. I'd look elsewhere.

I saw on the tube a commercial for a make up airbrush. Seems like it comes with a compressor, and makeup, and that it's a gravity feed double action airbrush. $20 for the 30 day trial. Here's the link:

What do you guys think?

The systems are not cheap, but the website will not tell you what they are offering.

Does the $20 for 30 days trial include shipping both ways? If not, you will pay a lot for just trying.

It is probably fine for cosmetics because the makeup are water based, but too low powered for modeling. Besides, makeup does not need fine line.

If those were made-in-China hardwares, you can probably get them on Ebay for 1/4 the cost.
