Pin Washing & STD Washes

So experts & note worthy model ers!
When Pin Washing & doing a STD wash which do you do first! Sounds logical to me to do the wash, but as a beginner in the elementary degree I bow to all your knowledge & wish to do right by my modeling craft?

I think it would be overall wash first

I do the regular  wash first then do the final detailing pin washes last.
