Don't feed the CM!
I do like Krylon thinner, but it is indeed quite rough and thick, so I always sand it down before applying color. I use few Krylon color paints. One that is great, however, is their satin black. It is an excellent color and sheen match for MM bottles of "black chrome."

I don't mean to be a thread crapper but I'm not a big fan of an "all-in-one" anything. Like the old saying "jack of all trades, master of none".
I've used it on a couple of my household items. It's very coarse. I wouldn't use it on scale models.

While at the store today I saw a line of Krylon paint for plastics that boasted "no primer needed". Has anyone used this?
