I have had a compressor for a while, its big and not designed for airbrushes is there any way I can make this work? or will an airbrush work anyway?

Here is the compressor: http://www.sipuk.co.uk/sip-06258-airmate-tn-3hp-50-srb-oil-lubricated-air-compressor-230v.html
