Airbrushing Starter Set Paint
Posted by mrrob on Saturday, January 25, 2014 9:54 PM

I'm just getting started on my first plastic model kit in 30 years - Airfix 1/72 Focke Wulf Fw190D.  I picked up the starter set version at the local hobby shop.  My understanding is that the paint included is Humbrol acrylic.

So far, I've just been brush painting interior parts.  However, I do have an old Paasche model H and a pancake compressor on hand.  I was thinking about trying to airbrush the exterior finish with it.

I was wondering if anyone has used the paint in the little tubs included in the starter set with an airbrush?

I hope so.  Just not sure the best ratio to thin and the PSI to spray.  i don't have enough paint to experiment too much.
