Most of the major paint lines, Gunze, Model Master, Humbrol, have that color in their line up matched to the origina ANA specs. Tamiya does not and you would have to custom mix that shade.

Which Blue are you referring to? Intermediate Blue used in the tri color scheme or Blue Gray used in the early war scheme up to 1943?
