I have discovered an easy way to strip Tamiya Acrylic paint.

When the paint stripper that i use for enamel glue bombs did not work,I decided to use 70% Isopropyl alcohol(which I use to thin it for airbrushing).I applied the alcohol to an old terry cloth rag and it removed it with a little elbow grease.I used clear pack tape to remove the decals and after a bit of clean up it should be ready for primer and paint.

Its cool that you shared this, honestly.  So don't take this as an insult but I think just about everybody already knows that you can use isopropyl alcohol to strip Tamiya paint already.  Its sort of common knowledge among the Tamiya users.  You could have used Windex or something that has ammonia as well.
