I have used them twice with good success, probably shot them with a 75-25 mixture with regular tap water and had good success over Tamiya Fine Primer, fluke or not,I'm not sure but it worked well.

I used it for the first time today. Pretty good stuff. Goes on thin. I had read some so-so remarks about it, but it's not bad at all in my opinion. I mixed it with vallejo thinner medium (60%) and distilled water (40%). Paint to thinner was roughly equal, 50/50. It can have a bit of blotchiness but dried smooth or in need of a small coat over any errors.

I had tried using mt. color leveling thinner first. Not a good idea! It seems to act very much like vallejo.
