Yes, just let things dry. I do my turpentine and artists oil washes and filters and when dry you can spray any clear gloss or flat. Notice I said spray and not brush.

If you want to gloss first and then do a pin wash using solvents then you need an acrylic as a barrier such as Future.

Will Alclad clear gloss or Floquil crystal cote be compatible with a pin wash made with artist's oils and odorless turpentine?
