Just ordered an Omni 6000!
Posted by RichardI on Wednesday, March 3, 2004 1:58 PM
Thanks to MikeVWink [;)]
Should be taking delivery in a couple of weeks.
This is my second double action airbrush. My first was an Aztek 470 which mysteriously quit working after about two months use. I currently have a Badger 200NH single action so I'm kinda lookin' forward to learning how to really airbrush.Wink [;)] I'm hoping I'll be able to use the Omni for all my airbrushing. and not have to have more than one brush.
Thanks again MikeV.
Rich Cool [8D]

On the bench: 1/48 Revell PBY Catalina 0A-10A. Next up: Moebius 1/24 Chariot from Lost in Space.

Excellent choice, I recently purchased one as well...very impressed with this airbrush as I'm sure you will be too! I thought I'd never admit it but, it seems like Omni is taking over in this Forum...interesting.

If I keep hearing all of these pro-Iwata posts I just might leave. Disapprove [V] Laugh [(-D]
I think Iwata means, "Copy of Badger" in Japanese doesn't it? Big Smile [:D]

Iwata is a location name, atleast they are not named after a furry animal that us related to weasels. Wink [;)]

Haha. Laugh [(-D]

That's interesting MMF. Is Iwata a city name or a provenance?
I never knew where the name came from.

Thanks for the laugh Greg, but this feeble attempt to sway away to the airbrush of the Rising Sun will not change the fact that Badger sells more airbrushes yearly than all other manufacturers combined. Big Smile [:D]Wink [;)]
Yes, as MMF said, the Badger is a "furry animal related to the weasel".....but it is among the most ferrocious animals known to man. Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]
