I also have had good luck ordering parts from Badger.  The only things I have ordered for my 150, about the same age as plasticjunky are the Teflon washers. I even still use the original needle, but it is starting to show a little wear and I might have to replace that one of these years.  Oh, I also ordered a new pickup tube, the original got hard and wouldn't stay on.

I sent in my Renegade xtra fine tip AB to Badger for repairs. The needle froze inside the body and would not move. I carefully pulled it out with a pair of pliers but it would not feed in.

I called Badger and spoke to Jesus,  the repair tech who told me to send it in for repairs as something was obviously not right with the interior mechanism.

Two weeks later, today to be exact, it arrived at my front door. Badger replaced the tip, the needle, plunger ring and spring all for the shipping cost of $8. Now that is quick service and a fine guarantee!

What I find interesting is that my Badger 150 that I purchased back in 1978 has never broken down and is still on duty, yet this Renegade AB is only 5 years old. Go figure that one out.
