Revell Enamel Paint Listing
Posted by luke on Thursday, March 4, 2004 2:52 AM
hi - I was wondering if anyone knows of a Revell Enamel Paint Listing which matches up their numbers (that appear on the lids eg No. 66) with a name of that color. They must have allocated names, cos a couple of tinlets that i recently bought had a bar code sticker on the bottom with a name & number!

My experience with Revell paint is BAD, personally I only use Humbrol enemals, far better quality, I will paste a link here with a complete cross reference table (for Humbrol), wich you could read backwards for Revell paints, goto http://www.fortunecity.com/meltingpot/portland/971/reference/humbrol.htm
Have fun...

yeah - I dont like Revell either but when my LHS throws them out the door for 50cents you cant resist. I use them for inside ships & a/c in hard to see areas or as the occassional undercoats something for my arcylics to stick to!
