I'd say you'd be okay to paint, but be aware that temperature does affect drying time, so you may need to adjust your process accordingly. I try to paint at room temperature whenever possible. I use rattle cans and lacquers in the garage however, which is about 20degrees cooler, usually. I will take the model from my office bench out to the garage to paint while the model is warmed up to room temp, then I bring it in after I've laid on the coat of paint. I figure this way most of the fumes stay in the garage, while maximizing optimum temperature for drying.
