Sounds like your dieafram let go ..u can get replacement from paasche ..but it' maybe time to upgrade to a piston type compress . The newer versions have water traps and pressure regulators. .

Paasche compressor problem
Posted by pordoi on Saturday, April 25, 2015 3:38 PM

My Paasche D100 compressor has served me well for about 8 years, but this afternoon it stalled during use.  Not good.  I turned it off  and gave it a rest for a few hours.  Now, when I turn it on, the unit still runs but the pressure guage reads zero and no air is being delivered.  Any ideas what the problem may be?  A failed seal?

And are these units serviceable, or like many modern appliances, repair will cost almost as much as replacement?  Any suggestions/comments will be appreciated.

Oh, and one last thing..., if I need to replace the compressor, any suggestions for something similar?  Thanks.
