Thinning down Primer
Posted by Peaches on Sunday, May 17, 2015 10:06 PM

Just curious, is it better to thin down primer out of an airbrush or just let it go naturally?

Depends.  AK & Vallejo primers don't need to be thinned.  Tamiya & Gunze primers should be thinned.

I use Vallejo and Badger and I don't thin.  I do spray at a higher psi though; 25 to 30.
