Iwata Question
Posted by plasticjunkie on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 9:23 AM

A friend was asking me if the Iwata AB threads will work with a Badger hose. I have no idea.

Iwata is 1/8" BSP-P & Badger is some sort of proprietary M5 thread, so no they won't, but adaptors are readily available.

I own a Paasche single action airbrush and this past Christmas, I bought a Iwata Neo dual action. Here's the kicker, I can't use the Passche airhose with Iwata airbrush. Instead of investing $30-$40 on a new airhose for my Iwata airbrush, I bought an adapter to use the Paasche airhose with the Iwata airbrush. Adapter cost me $6. Money well spent is all I have to say.
