Nick.
Crown I too have just switched to using Vallejo from my old stand by of Tamyia and the only difficulty I have found using their stuff is their primers, they are a *** to use and so I still use the Tamiya stuff. The model air stuff is suppose to be usable right out of the bottle but I thin it 2 parts paint and 1part thinner anyway (use their thinner for all paint applications). The model colour is real good for airbrush as well but I find that I need to thin it at a 1 to 1 to get good flow. As always you can use their retarder and that should stop the quick dry when painting, just dont let the stuff sit to long in the brush before using it. Lastly when cleaning I use a mix of 1/2 and 1/2 windex and water for cleaning the Vallejo paints in my airbrush, when done I usually spray 1/2 a paint cup of distilled water to finish it off. NOTE: Dont spray anything that is alcohol based through the brush with Vallejo paints, it turns the paint really cummie and is a nightmare to clean out of the brush. Hope that helps.

I picked up a bottle of their Airbrush Flow Improve 71.262 and it has helped in the A B,no more clogs while spraying.

Is this something new from Vallejo, Tojo? Where did you get yours? I see Squadron has it.
At any rate, thanks for the tip.
In my experience, Vallejo Model Air (or thinned Model Color) sprays more poorly than Tamiya. When I occasionally airbrush Vallejo, I add Liquidex Flow Aid and increase the pressure to 25-30 psi. Then, Vallejo works OK.
