I have a Badger Renegade Velocity with .21 tip and I love how well it produces tight hair thin lines, specially handy for mottling and paint details on smaller scales.
Too many models to build, not enough time in a lifetime!!
I just recently upgraded to a Paasche Talon and love the fact that I can change needles and tips from .25 to .6 to accomodate any specific job. I also like the fact that it has the adjustable needle stop and the adjustable spring tension. I know everyone has their personal preferences; however, for my budget and justification, the Talon works great for me.
On the Bench: Lots of unfinished projects!
Also with H&S brushes you can change needle sizes from .15 up to .6, there fine to use with any paint or thinner. I love my H&S brushes.
Don has a review on the Evolution:

I also reviewed my 3 H&S brushes.

Tiger 1 and Tooheys.
Thanks from me too.
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
I've got a H&S Evolution with .15mm needle. It goes incredibly small. I wouldn't recommend it if you spray acrylics (Tamiya and/or Mr. Hobby being the exceptions).
Thanks for the reply! Nice review thanks for the help!
The HP.C plus is a very nice brush, in skilled hands it will give you very fine work. I reviewed it if you want to have a look.
Cheers from Mick.
I am looking to upgrade airbrushes for my military models. I currently have a Badger 105 Patriot but I am looking for something that will give me a little more detailing abilities especially with free handing camo patterns. I was looking at the Iwata-Medea High Performance Plus C Dual Action and just want to know if this would be a good purchase and is worth getting?
