Looking at the brush I'd say you clean it the same as a "normal" brush you'll just have a bit more disassembly. The needle should be removed as usual by removing the back of the brush and pulling it backward. The trigger part looks like a screw at the top needs removing but after that looks like everything should just come apart fine. After that break down the front as normal.
I'd be tempted to break it down before you use it the first time if you can just so it all clean
