Hello;

Anyone know if there is a nozzle extention that would protect the needle better. I bent mine bumping it against something but was able to straiten it.

It's not looking like it.  I was looking for one online yesterday but unfortunately found nothing.

I'm planning on sending a quick email to Badger on Monday to see if they know of any off-brand "crown" style regulator for the 105.  I'll let you know what I hear.

I found this UK airbrush site that has what they call a guarded air regulator. There are 2 shown. Im not sure what the standard 105 patriot would take.

I found one on ebay of canada. The Badger model number is 41-043 for the medium needle which I use. Im not sure about the fine conversion needle. It was $7.95 with free shipping.

Still no word from Badger.  Did you purchase the medium tip regulator 41-043?  I'm curious if the spray pattern is at all affected.

Yes I bought the medium one. I havnt try spraying with it yet but my guess is it will have no efect becouse the needle cone passes right through it just like none guarded one.
