Mr. Color The Grey 4-pack

I recently bought the 4-pack Mr. Color The Grey. I was thinking that these were acrylics; however, after using one for the first time this morning, I'm led to believe that they are most likely lacquers. Can someone give me any information on these paints? I dont want to go and screw something up before I dive in head first.

Jell . Yes thay are lacquer based .you'll want to thin them with Mr.leveler thinner .Mr. Color paints on nice and smooth and has a semi flat satin finish.  Clean up is with regulator lacquer. Just remember to use a good mask  while painting ,open a window cuss of the fumes. .nice light coats .one more  thing  wear gloves .

Thanks 5-High! I had been testing it with a small brush and found that it definitely is lacquer based, which is okay, I have a spray booth so it wont be much of a problem. I just wanted a second opinion other than my own before moving forward with it.

What makes it confusing these days is that acrylic paint is not just acrylic.  There are acrylic lacquers and acrylic enamels!
