Ok just been in the spar max website and found manual for 2.5 litre tank which has a similar set up to 3.5

can someone clarify why the tank needs a power source? Is it to control the pressure And switch off the compressor?

Ok I've had this setup for nearly a year now and havent used it yet. There are no instructions with the tank and the compressor instructions don't mention connecting to auxiliary tanks I need some advise on connecting the compresser with the holding tank please

why does the tank have an ac power cord?

Where the cord connects to the tank it has a label SP30f (part #?) and "50psi off" and "30psi on" what does this mean?

the cord also has a plug for another power source, what's the purpose of this?

id send pics but cant figure how to do this from my iphone
