what are your thoughts on these two compressors.

BADGER 180-11 CYCLONE II $137.00

T&C Air Star V $118.00

or other option is go with a compressor from sears or somewhere else

The T&C compressor is quieter than the Badger. and is probally a better set up. The compressor from Sears or someplace else is a good option, you will get more compressor for your money and can use it for other things. The only downside is noise-they are loud. You can build a box around it or place it in the garage and run an air line to where you use your airbrush. I've tried both ways and find them to be a pain just my opinion. Really think about what you want to do with the compressor.

I would look for one with a tank. On the other hand, an "industrial" use compressor is way noisy.

I would also look into a Co2 system, I went from the air comp and tank to Co2 and I would never go back to air and all the water in the line problems I was having. Just my 2 cents Big Smile [:D]
