Greg, if you're ever in the neighborhood again, let me know. I am a short drive from there and will go there any chance I can. Much better than Disneyland for me nowadays... And lots of good eating of all sorts in the area. Name your taste preference and we got it here. There is also another great shop in the area, Military Hobbies, to take care of your hobby needs. It may not be heaven here, but is pretty darn close for us modelers.

I've purchased several sets of decals from Brookhurst, now they are one of my goto online modeling stores.

....and here I was in Garden Grove a few months ago, and missed that great little store.

A LHS like that (that stocks hard to find stuff), Disneyland and a good BBQ place within blocks of one another. To quote a line from Field of Dreams, "Is this Heaven???" Angel

Becuase I mix my own colors and I don't mix colors from different manufacturers for obvious reasons.

Thanks for the link!

Silly me...Dunce I never even thought of that angle. And I do know that many Dragon & Hasegawa kits giving you mix instructions on the direction sheets using Gunze colors...

And you're both welcome for the link. I hope that they can take care of your needs!

Yes sir, I am. Everybody makes Flat Black, why not substitute another brand?

BTW, this shop nearby carries the full Gunze paint line and does online business. They are good guys and took care of me while I was overseas. One of the few shops able to do so.

Thanks for the link, Stik!  I have occasion to look for Gunze paints, too.  I've gotten them via eBay and Amazon, but it's nice to have a more consistent source.

Just curious, but all paint companies make Flat Black in their paint lines. A true unversal color in enamels and acrylics. I can understand other colors that are not readily available from various companies, but why Gunze for this?

Hello! Are you asking why I specifically need gunze?
