The TG2L is commonly known as the Talon.  There are reviews of it and the Neo on my site.  The Talon is bigger, and more rugged than the Neo.  Both are decent airbrushes.  Used airbrushes on Ebay are always a gamble.

I just took a look at the eBay listings and didn't see a "good" price on a Talon. I bought mine from Chicago Airbrush; it included three needles and tips and a spray head for the largest (#3) tip which operates like a mini spray gun, which is perfect for broad even coverage. Price about six years ago was around $95 on sale with free shipping.

Is it a good AB? For me it's a great tool. I have yet to replace anything, and find it very versatile and easy to use and clean. I have a couple other AB's but use the Talon most regularly.

Hope this helps you;

Based on my experience with the Talon, yes, it is a good airbrush, capable of doing very nice work.

I agree completely with Don Wheeler, buying used can come with some risks. Not all AB's are sufficiently maintained by the owner, if it comes to you with problems you might just end up replacing parts, that equate to your spending a total amount equal to the price of a new airbrush.

Chicago Airbrush, Coast and TCP are reputable authorized dealers, look for specials, they come along frequently. All of my purchases through them were entirely satisfactory.

Good luck with your search.

The Neo CN is a nice detail airbrush if you're careful with it. But, it just puts out a whisper of paint.  The bottom feed BCN has a larger .5mm nozzle and is better for general purpose.  You could fit your CN with BCN parts for not much cash.
