Revell colour paint guide
Posted by shags_j on Saturday, October 15, 2016 3:44 AM

Hi all

I'm new to scale modelling but been painting miniatures for years. I've just started on a Revell model Fairey Gannet T.5. Looks like a great model but as I'm reading through the instructions I noticed a painting guide that isn't explained in the symbols or paint section (see linked image).

It shows one colour (say B) then a / then another colour. I'm unsure if this means that it is either colour or it's a mix if both colours.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Shags

They're for which version you're doing. Go to the back of the instruction guide and you will see 38 as one version, 39 the other version. Color assigned N is for version 38, color assigned B is for version 39.
