It sounds like it might be overspray from when the top or sides where sprayed. Did you spray the bottom too?

No the paint doesn't seem to come of when its rubbed, it just looks like powdered paint. Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a try.

Has the paint on the bottom adhered to anything? If you rub it with your finger does it come off ? If so I'd strip the bottom and repaint it. If it comes off now it will probably come off later. If not, try rubbing it down with a rough piece of cloth (flannel, burlap, heavy wool, something nice and rough but something that won't eat the paint) and then respray the Future.

Flat Acrylic

Here's another problem. I recently painted a model overall flat blue angel blue (acrylic). After drying for 2 days I applied several coats of Future. After that dried and as I was inspecting the finish, I noticed the bottom of the plane was not only still flat but looked ashy, or like it was powder. Any clue what happened here? Can I just respray Future? or do I need to strip down and start over?
As usual I appreciate any help.

Thanks
