Iwata Neo owners

I too have been using the Neo for about 2 years and have only had one issue with the O rings and that was user error, not solvents, etc.  You should be good to go.

I've owned my NEO by Iwata for over one and a half years now and have sprayed acrylics, enamels, and lacquer through it.  There were no issues nor concerns at all.  I also own a NEO by Iwata TRN1.  I've sprayed the same type of paints mentioned above without any problems.  They are excellent and inexpensive good quality AB.

Here is a link to a discussion I had a few months back. I did have the o-ring disintegrate on the fuild cup. Not sure if it was from straight spraying or when I cleaned up the airbrush with a little lacquer thinner. Since then I've used thread tape a couple times as one suggested and has seemed to work just fine. I've worried about the nozzle o-ring but so far it looks ok and if it does go, I'll try beeswax as Don Wheeler suggested.
