I wonder if not having the needle bearing could have lead up to my problem with the Valve assembly. (In which case this whole thing is my fault and I'll have to pay for repair.

The needle bearing has to be removed and installed with a special tool, so you did not lose it, and even if it was missing it would not affect air coming out.
I would send Ken at Badger an email and ask him. He will know exactly what the the problem is. His email is kenbadger@aol.com

Well, I know it isn't the head assembly, because I removed it and pressed the trigger down. If I did that I should get nothing but air. I also removed the needle assembly and got the same result.

I've read in the forum that Badger has said I shouldn't have to take apart the one of their airbrushes. That cleaning doesn't require it.

I suppose I should email Badger with that kind of question.

If air is coming out of the hose but not out of the brush as the trigger is depresed the air valve is not working right and needs to be replaced. But maybe your airpassage is blocked-you can try cleaning the head assembly as there are little holes in it that might be blocked. This is the one downside to the 100 series of brushes.

I am getting little or no air coming into my airbrush.

The 150 has a Valve assemby where the hose connects to the brush. The trigger presses down on a metal tip and you get air. Well, I do not.

I took this apart, following the diagram manual All the parts were there in their correct places.

Does any one have an idea what could be the problem?

Just FYI, I am using an "Easy Air" Husky compressor.

I also have a Paasche H and it works fine.

My hoses connect to a Water Trap and I have never seen a drop of water in it.

I have taken the 150 apart numerous times for cleaning but never touched the Valve Assembly. I find it strange that something could be worn out already.
