My son is a war gamer and occasionally picks up Army Painter stuff from the local comic store. Their primer in the rattle cans is "ok" for the most part, but the fact that it's $15 a pop makes you question if it's worth it. The "dip" used for dunking figures en mass for shading isn't something I would personally use, but it has its applications when you're painting hundreds of figures at a time. The paint in the squeeze bottles does, in fact, draw similarities with Vallejo products in similar bottles. Pretty much identical stuff, but we've only used it while brush painting. Haven't run it through an airbrush, so I can't say how well it sprays.

Thanks for the reply knights templar. I'm thinking about getting into the bolt action thing. Just got the band of brothers starter set. From the looks of it I might be a year painting the figures. Also comes with a cute little hanomag.
