pretty much what subject line says.
going to be building hase 1/48 f-18f. have been trying to get the hang of airbrushing acrylics with no success, at least spraying fine lines. latest attempt was with ammo of mig. the aspects i like about it is slight sheen it has, just looks more realistic to me.
doing some studying on the mr color line, they seem to have the same effect because they're semi gloss and yes i know i'll have the harsher fumes using the leveling thinner.
anyway, what i'm curious about is the weathering process over the laquers. will acrylics like future for clear coat be an issue. i have several bottles of testors enamels and tamiya that i was wandering would be ok for post shading.
have had success with tamiya sparying fine lines, its ashame they don't have better line of colors, which is the other thing drawing me to mr color
thoughts ?
