Hi all, I keep my paint in small boxes, and got tired of having to go through them when I needed a certain color, so I went to wally world and bought some 3/4" self adheasive white spots. I put them on the lids, paint them and bingo no more tedious searching. I don't know if anyone else does this, but it workes for me.  Aardvark

I did something similar and I also separated color groups into there own boxes.  This way if I need say a grey color, I just pull the box that has all my greys.

I did that too. They last about 2 years then the adhesive dries out and they all fall off.

I do that as well. I used colored dots instead - blue for enamels, yellow acrylics. Label each one with color name and FS#

Another thing I do is use hot pink for all my Pollyscale acrylics, Orange for my Aeromaster acrylics. This helps cut down searching for the certain brand color I'm looking for. Works for me.
