Humbrol to Tamiya Conversion

Hello all,

I am having trouble converting a few Humbrol colors to Tamiya. The numbers below are Humbrol and I need the Tamiya numbers. Thank you for your help...much appreciated

The only one that showed up in my chart was the 121 (Israeli Pale Stone) crossed to XF59 Buff)

247 - 7 parts XF2 +  1 part XF23 + 2 parts XF66
