This.  You could use an eyeglass screwdriver, flat head.  Or, they make social needle packing screw tools.  Tighten it like an eight to a quarter of a turn at a time until you get a little bit of friction when you pull back the trigger.

Paint backing up into handle of airbrush

I have a Paasche Talon gravity feed with the #2 needle installed and about 35-40 psi. Using MM gray primer and Humbrol satin white and Humbrol satin black, all thinned 1 to 1, the paint backs up into the trigger/ air valve area. This has happened the last 3 times Ive used it. The gun seems to work fine except for the backing up issue. I have to completely take it apart to clean it, instead of the usual flushing.Any ideas? Thank you.
