Question [?] hi guys, im doing a willys mb 1944,now the seat colurs as well as the musset bags seem to be too brite what is the best way to tone the colors down?should i use a wash? and what color , i have never used a wash befor, the seat color is sandy yellow ,can anyone help me with my seats???? thanks guys.Big Smile [:D]

A dark wash would probably help. Something like dark brown maybe. You could also try dusting some chalk over them. The advantage of that is that if you don't like the look it will come right off. Just get some artist's chalk from an art supply store, rub it on a piece of sandpaper, then use a paintbrush to pick up the dust and "Paint" it over the surface.
