Like MusicCity and Saltydog I try and AB everything, as my brush painting skills are somewhat lacking.
I have mainly used my Badger 200 for everthing, but having just taken delivery of a new Omni4000 will probably look to using the new brush for more of the detailed work.
As it is many of the smaller parts I clean up on the sprue fret, and then AB in situ, simply touching up the stub mark wherever needed. This gives me something to hold them by, and saves losing them!
I also try and ensure that all parts to be painted a certain colour are ready for spraying at the same time, so that large and small parts alike are done, which I find saves on paint and time.
