Yes, Windex works fine. Long as you don't mind that in time, the ammonia will strip the chrome from your airbrush cup, if you use a gravity feed ab that is.

A simple flush (or spray-through) with tap water after the glass-cleaner will prevent that. (Based on 2+ decades of experience)
