Glosscote over pearl paints for decals?
Posted by Bandersnatch on Thursday, January 10, 2019 5:29 PM

I'm working on the Polar Lights 1/350 Enterprise refit. I've painted it in Testors Pearl White and would like to know if I should Glosscote it before applying Aztec decals.

I am assuming Pearl White is a gloss paint. If so, you need not gloss coat. If it is a flat, you do.

You can if you want to. Pearl White is a gloss paint.
