Cleaning up Panel Line Accent on Gloss Paint

I have used enamel thinner, and it works, but is a bit time consuming.  I rub it on with a cotton swab.  By the way, the paint under it should NOT be enamel, as the accent color is enamel based, and will also disssolve if you try to clean it up with enamel thinner.  So far, I have only used the panel line accent over Tamiya spray can lacquers.  I think that is how it is intended to be used.
