I've been using a Grex Genesis XGi airbrush for about 6 years now. It's worked great for me. This is a dual actrion, top gravity airbrush. Here's the product info from Grex' website: http://grexusa.com/grexairbrush/products.php5?id=Genesis.XGi

Check with good airbrush dealers for availability and price. Good luck!

Looking to buy airbrush

Hi all!

First post here and I’m actually not a model builder. I’m making watercolor paintings and I recently started using a continuous spray mister like they use in a barber shop or hair salon to mist watercolor paint(very thinned down) onto my paintings.  It broke in one day from so much use.

So, I’m considering buying an airbrush but I’m not certain if the wide setting will produce a mist or more like a fine spray that will have more drops in it. I could spray from up high if that might help.

I would like a fairly long and continuous spray time so I think that means I need a siphone fed airbrush.

Really looking forward to hearing what the experts have to say!!

Thanks to all in advance and happy painting!!
